Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation, especially last minute, could really affect our ability to offer services to others who need us.
Since we have to travel to reach you and plan our schedule around you we have to take a deposit of our travel fee in order to hold your appointment.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the completed service.
For your deposit to be refundable we require a digitally postmarked cancellation notice via email, text or voicemail no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Depending upon how busy we are or if we’re traveling we may not see your message until the day of your appointment but as long as you notified us in time your deposit will be refunded and we can reschedule if you wish.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment two times we may refuse to offer you another appointment.

We’re seriously committed to offering you the best BioGeometry Environmental Home Solution possible so we want to know that you are equally serious about your health and well-being so we can have the most mutually beneficial relationship.
Refund Policy:
Our services are non-refundable once they have been completed since our work has already been done; we can’t turn back time and undo it (at least not yet!).
You may return BioGeometry tools and products that you have purchased from us for a full refund as long as they are still in new condition but only within one week of the installation.
Seriously, if you doubt the efficacy of BioGeometry please do not hire us!
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time for any reason, including in the middle of an appointment. We want to help everybody, but we are not for everybody. If you doubt the power of BioGeometry or are incredulous about the Human ability to take scientific measurements with pendulums then we probably aren’t for you.
If we think or feel for whatever reason that we will not be a good fit for you then we will recommend that you seek a solution elsewhere or with another BioGeometry Practitioner in consideration of what would be in your best interest.
Although we often travel to clients we may refuse to visit your location if it is too far away, not aligned with our work flow, or otherwise inconvenient.
Inconveniences include: extreme/inhospitable weather, excessive pollution, governmental or political instability and general danger and unsafety.
